I had the opportunity to have a one person art show during my junior year of high school. Here, I explored the manifestation of bioluminescence within people who achieved a state of flow. Thus began my love for combining science and art.
Four years later, I discovered 3D computer animation during a course I took at Middlebury College. This medium presented a whole new set of possibilities for effectively communicating scientific information.
I am interested in integrating various concepts I have learned from my classes in the cognitive sciences. For example, I use color and light to guide attention with the intent of promoting retention.
