Mindfulness Project.
We held our breathe in 2020 - on an individual level with our personal circumstances and on a collective level due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This series sprouted out at a time when I was ready to exhale all the tension I was holding in and begin breathing again. I hope you can use these animations at as a tool help guide your breathe.
